Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Base Layers
- Socks
- Snoods
Return & Exchange Process
- Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. You may use our template below.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 24-48 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
