Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order

- Snoods
Return & Exchange Process
- Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow:
- 5-7 business days for credit/debit card refunds to appear on your statement
- 24-48 hours for PayPal refunds
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
