At Golf Equipment Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium golf equipment and apparel purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items:
  • Base Layers
  • Socks
  • Snoods
These items are only eligible for exchange if they are defective or incorrect.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Processing: Once received, our team will inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow:

  • 5-7 business days for credit/debit card refunds to appear on your statement
  • 24-48 hours for PayPal refunds

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
